What should we do if water drips from the air outlet?
1: Check whether the connecting pipe of the outdoor unit is frosted during cooling operation (most of the frosting is refrigerant leakage)
2: Look at the dripping pipe during refrigeration operation, whether the dripping speed is slow or not dripping at all. (There is no dripping or dripping slowly after more than an hour after starting up, mostly because of refrigerant leakage)
3: Check whether the current reaches the rated current marked on the nameplate with a clamp meter during cooling operation. (Failure to reach the rated current may be refrigerant leakage)
