Fireproof thermal insulation board structure
Upper and lower surfaces: galvanized color steel plate with a thickness of 0.4-0.8mm. According to the customer's specific requirements, aluminum-zinc color steel plate or galvanized steel plate can be used. The steel sheet is first formed by rolling in a molding machine and then compounded in a rock wool factory.
Rockwool core material: The density is 120kg/m3; the rock wool blocks are staggered, the fiber direction is perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich panel, and the entire longitudinal and transverse plane of the movement board is enriched and compacted. Between the rock wool blocks and the rock wool and the upper and lower steel plates are connected by a high-strength foaming agent to form a whole. The sophisticated production process ensures a strong adhesion between the high-density fireproof thermal insulation board and the inner wall of the metal plate, so that the fireproof thermal insulation board has good rigidity.
